You can fill each cup with about .50-.65%. We will provide some recipes for each size.
How many times can I use this cup?
At the event, you can use it once. MAYBE twice (but it's iffy) before you need to freeze it again. Freezing takes about 4 hours.
After the event, you can easily wash these cups and reuse them again and again.
