The Jewish Heroes workbook was created based on the idea that the best way to teach children is through stories and living examples. Rather than teaching raw Emunah or Hashgacha Pratis, you teach the children about our "heroes" who had all that, and more! 
In addition, Parents want to see that their children are learning. They want to see material brought home. To that end, Gillie created a professionally designed workbook to impress the parents. She didnt want the workbook to be boring, but rather to be fun. So there are games, fill in the blanks, and the like. The key is that the parents enjoy seeing the work done, and the children enjoy doing it.

The workbook is the activity that is done with the students after the teachers finish teaching about that hero. To help teachers with their lesson we have created various resources including an activity ideas spreadsheet and Course Outlines for each hero, that the teachers can use as a guide for the lesson. The Jewish Hero cards can be used in conjunction with the workbooks, either as an incentive throughout the year, or as a tool to teach the class. Some use the cards as THE curriculum. If the teacher is into it, it definitely CREATES the curriculum and really makes it an amazing one! Worth every penny.
